The general conditions below allow a relationship of trust between SomeTimes and its customers. Your satisfaction remains our priority. Authenticity

 

We certify that all our watches are original except regarding the plexiglass, crown and bracelets when we had no choice but to change them.  

 

Guarantee

 

All our watches superior at 500 euros are accompanied by a 1-year operating and timekeeping guarantee which excludes breakage, surface damage (scratches, dents, etc.) and waterproofing. For watches lower at 500 euros, the warranty extends for 6 months from receipt.We guarantee that all our available watches are functional both in terms of operation and additional functions (date, stopwatch, etc.). Each watch is checked before sending it for proper functioning.

 

Payment 

 

All payments are secure and executed via PayPal, bank transfers, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, etc. For payments outside the euro zone, the current exchange rate will apply and automatically. The sale will be recognized as known when full payment has been received. 

 

Delivery

 

We certify optimal packaging of watches sent by UPS, Bpost, Fedex or another local post office. Delivery costs and taxes or customs fees (outside the EU) are the responsibility of the buyer. If damage is caused during transport, you will be refunded the price of the watch after receipt of the package by us.  

 

Return conditions 

 

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your package. The following conditions must be respected: the watch(s) must be in the same condition as when it was sent (except for exceptions concerning damage during transport) and return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the return complies with the conditions, the buyer will be reimbursed the price of the watch only.

The SomeTimes name, site and domain name are protected. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, distribute or use for any reason whatsoever the elements of this website due to legal proceedings.

 

Data protection

 

In accordance with the law of July 30, 2018 on data protection (RGPD or GDPR), personal and financial data used in the context of SomeTimes' economic activity are protected and used only for administrative and commercial purposes. They will therefore never be resold to third parties. You retain the right to 

right to information, right to question the data controller, right of access to data and the right to rectification.
