“Recife” is the Portuguese word for “reef”, and also the name of one of the 10 biggest cities of Brazil. Introduced in 1984 this watch was produced for a very short period of time. It was classed as a professional diver/sport watch by Omega.. Stunning rare black dial with tritium luminous indexes and beautiful diver tritium hands!
 
A diver’s watch water-resistant to 120m, quartz calibre with date, concave black dial with highly legible tritium hands and dots, protected by shoulders, scratch-resistant domed sapphire crystal. Oxidized steel case and bracelet with velvet-grey finish, soft to the touch but highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion thanks to a technologically advanced surface treatment (micro-blasting and anodic oxidation). Soft lines with no sharp edges or angles.
