Data collected: identity and account details (name, email address, phone, addresses), order contents, payment handled by Stripe (Sometimes Passion does not keep the full card number), delivery and tracking entrusted to UPS or an equivalent carrier, messages sent to the workshop, and, in the iOS app, the token used for the shipment notification. Audience measurement (Google Analytics) and campaigns (Meta) start only after your choice. In the app they also wait for Apple’s tracking permission. A refusal leaves the catalogue available.
Purposes: carry out the sale, deliver, provide after-sales service, keep the accounts and secure the service. Audience and marketing rely on your consent. The catalogue, the account and payment for the watches, which are physical goods, do not depend on that consent. There is no Apple in-app purchase.
Retention: the account stays while it is active. Invoices and orders are kept for seven years, the Belgian legal period. After account deletion, the name, detailed address, phone and email linked to those orders are reduced to the country of delivery.
